Our Client is a global leader in the life science and healthcare business.
The role:
In this newly set role will work across all Business Units and all categories for Procurement and S2P team within shared service center network. You will report to S2P Team Leader. You will manage or participate in different projects for ex.: category transformation projects, mergers/divestments/legal entity integration projects (representing Procurement). The project duration will vary between 2 months and 2,5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading projects / project teams to ensure execution of all milestones and deliverables Strongly collaborating with Global Procurement and/or Operations Reporting the project progress to the senior stakeholders Identifying opportunities and providing solutions in a highly ambiguous environment Acting as change ambassador encouraging new ways of thinking and doing Supporting the advancement of digital transformation
Qualifications:
- min. 4 years of Procurement experience (sourcing, category management) on an expert level
- English at least C1 written and spoken
- Experience from international company or collaborating with foreign partners (suppliers/ stakeholders etc.)
- Experience in projects (mergers, transitions etc.)
- SCRUM methodology or agile project management knowledge
- Experience in introducing digital procurement tools
